What MyCA is

MyCA is a platform that connects businesses and individuals with independent Chartered Accountants. MyCA does not itself provide accounting, audit, tax or legal services, and is not a party to the professional relationship between you and the CA you book.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used them. We rate-limit sign-in attempts and lock accounts temporarily after repeated failures.

Bookings

A booking holds a specific slot with a specific professional. The fee and the length of the consultation are shown before payment and do not change afterwards. Cancellation and refund treatment is set out in the refund policy.

Advice

Advice given in a consultation is the professional's own. MyCA does not review, endorse or guarantee it, and nothing on this platform is itself tax or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to access another person's documents or bookings, or use the platform to circumvent a professional's stated availability or pricing.
