Booking

Slots shown on a profile are the professional's real availability, converted into your timezone. Choosing one holds it while you pay, so it cannot be taken from under you mid-checkout. If a slot is taken before you confirm, you are told immediately and offered the next open times.

Payment

The fee and the call length are fixed before you pay. Card details go to the payment provider; MyCA never sees or stores them. Every captured payment produces a numbered invoice.

Documents

Uploads are private. They are not served from public addresses, access needs an authenticated session and a short-lived link addressed to one person, and every access is recorded.

Rescheduling and cancelling

Both are done from your dashboard. Cancelling releases the slot straight away. Refund treatment is in the refund policy.
